Creative Work Systems is actively recruiting Life Skills Coaches (aka Direct Support Professionals) to join our growing residential programs in York County. As a Life Skills Coach, you will have exciting opportunities to provide direct care for adults with disabilities, both in residential settings and in the community.

LSC positions are highly regarded by our agency. Exceptional support services are key to helping people with disabilities access local resources, make connections and develop relationships, and live fully while moving toward greater independence at home and in the community.

Essential functions and responsibilities include:
•Assists in the delivery of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual’s needs.
•Implements Individual Service Plans (ISP) and communicates with planning team.
•Prepares necessary reports and documentation.
•Advocates for assigned individuals and assists in developing and maintaining family and community relationships.
•Attends to individual’s personal care needs.
•Transports individuals, as needed, using personal vehicle (i.e., to appointments, work, etc.). Mileage reimbursement is provided.
•Possesses a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
•Maintains a satisfactory driving record.
•Has access to a reliable vehicle that can be used for work.
